Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 working hours after successful order confirmation.

Delivery Timeline

Orders within India are generally delivered within 5–8 working days, depending on the shipping destination and external factors such as public holidays, weather conditions, and courier operations.

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 weeks, depending on product availability and logistics constraints.

For certain locations, including parts of Jammu & Kashmir and North-East India, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, the tracking details will be sent to your registered email address.

If you have not received your tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@saveaura.in, and our team will assist you.

Courier Partners

We ship our products through trusted logistics partners, including:

  • Delhivery

  • XpressBees

  • Blue Dart

  • Ecom Express

The courier service used depends on the delivery pincode and service availability.

Delivered Status but Product Not Received

In rare instances, tracking may show an order as "Delivered" even though the customer has not personally received it. In most cases, the package may have been received by a family member, neighbor, colleague, security desk, or office mailroom.

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification by emailing support@saveaura.in.

  • We will immediately raise the issue with our courier partner and begin an investigation.

  • The investigation process may take up to 10 working days.

If the package is confirmed to be lost or misdelivered after the investigation, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

Please note that requests reported after the 48-hour notification period may be difficult to investigate, and SaveAura may not be liable for any resulting losses.
